The NCC quota depends on both the critera,marks scored and certificate priority.

can you pls be more elaborate? last year 4 lakh 90 thousands something got seat, this year I got 3 lakh 33 thousand rank, but I only did camp, I have camp certificate, also iam enrolled as B-certificate Cadet, I will get my B-certificate in Feb, will I be eligible? what are the chances?
