Hello, Ishita. NEET UG Counselling starts just after the declaration of results at NTA-NEET portal and the counselling rounds are conducted by Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). This year, first two rounds of counselling of NEET 2021 will be conducted for 15% All India Quota, deemed and central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC, and AFMC.  A mop-up round of  counselling will be conducted excluding 15% AIQ seats as well. Moreover, NEET counselling dates for 85% state quota seats will be declared by the respective state authorities. State Counselling Process generally starts right after the AIR Counselling ends.

I assume you are from Rajasthan (since your profile reflects so). Last Year, NEET 2020 Rajasthan State Counselling and Seat Allotment Procedures had been commenced from November 01, 2020 and last date to submit application forms and pay online fees was November 06. The provisional merit was published on around November 09.  The result of the first round, after the choice filling by the candidates, was published on November 19, 2020.

This year, NEET 2021 exam has been announced to be held on September 12, 2021. The dates for announcement of result and commencement of counselling have not been announced yet.
