The notification comes in around late December or early January. But entire month of January can be the wait period this year.
The unexpected delay this year has a variety of reasons behind it.
You can expect the notifications to be out by mid of January 2018.
See the NEET examination notification usually have to be released on the first week of December but still not released now I would like to recommend you that don't worry about it they would like to release it soon so just try to keep touch to the official website of NEET examination and check out daily basis if you feel it cumbersome to do so I would like to recommend you to register for the careers360 to be notified of new update.
The notification will come in the second or third week of January 2018.
After the notification, we can fill the application and they will also announce the exam date and counselling dates along with it.
Neet 2018 form should be out on the online forum by the second week of February and you should be feeling them up by the first week of March, the second week of March their way one week window when you can make corrections if you have made wrong entry while form fill up
The admit cards will be available round about the last week of April and your examination will be in the first week of May with the results coming out by mid June, thank you
Usually there is time of 2 weeks to fill the application form.
Note: once you fill the form , mistakes in only a few things can be changed so fill it carefully , you can make corrections for which later 1 week is given .

Qualification Criteria
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed the higher/senior secondary examination or ISCE which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study.
Subjects: Candidates must pass the above qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology & Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English.
Minimum Marks: Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks (GEN), 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC), 45% marks (GEN PH) & 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC-PH) taken together in PCB subjects.
Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are in the 12th standard can also apply. They must have to show the passing certificates complying with the percentage criteria at the time of first round of counselling.
Candidates must be the citizen of India.
NRIs (Non-Resident Indians), OCIs (Overseas Citizen of India), PIOs (Persons of Indian Origin) & Foreign Nationals can also apply.

The last yeat it came a bit late in early February but i think this time it should come on time
