Hi aspirant,
State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Bihar will release the NTSE Bihar 2021 application form on the official website scert.bihar.gov. The form is expected to roll out in November but official dates are yet to be announced. The students of Class 10 are eligible to apply for the NTSE Bihar 2021-22. Once out, follow these procedures to apply for the same:

Go to the official website: scert.bihar.gov.

Click on the link of 'Candidate Registration and Login'.

Now, students need to click on 'New User click here to Register' in order to create a Login ID and Password.
Enter all details and click on 'Send OTP'.
Validate the mobile number and Email ID by entering the OTP and submit it.
Login details will be shown on the screen or sent to the registered mobile number and Email ID.
Now, login to the portal using the same.
Fill the remaining NTSE Bihar 2021-22 registration form and submit it.
Pay the application fees and take a printout of the final form and payment receipt.
