Hi Avinash,
SCERT UP will release the NTSE Uttar Pradesh result 2019 in the third week of April, 2019. The officials have not yet released a date for the same. The cutoff will reduce by 2-3 percent to include the increased state quota for NTSE scholarships. You can visit the link provided above to stay updated.
