• Start of online registration for WBJEE Counselling 2018: June 12- June 19, 2018
• Online choice filling by candidates: June 12-June 20, 2018
• The system operated choice locking to be done until June 20, 2018 (By midnight)
• Declaration of Round 1 seat allotment: June 23, 2018
• Round 1 – Physical reporting, document verification, initial fee payment, a collection of allotment cards at RC centres, withdrawal of admission: June 24, 2018 to July 1, 2018
• Declaration of Round 2 seat allotment: July 4, 2018
• Round 2 – Physical reporting, document verification, initial fee payment, a collection of allotment cards at RC centres, withdrawal of admission: July 5, 2018 to July 7, 2018
• Declaration of Round 3 allotment: July 13, 2018
• Round 3 – Physical reporting, document verification, initial fee payment, a collection of allotment cards at RC centres, withdrawal of admission: July 13, 2018 to July 14, 2018
• Last date for physical reporting and admission at the final allotted institute by all the candidates who have been allocated a seat: July 17, 2018
• E-Admission Procedure: July 17, 2018
