You can paste the photo at the centre or before going there. Make sure to paste the same photograph as you have uploaded during the process of registration for the NEET examination. If there might have any objection, the admit card will not have been available for the purpose of download. So, paste the same photograph as you have uploaded.

Dear Divya, you need to affix a photograph in the space alloted before you go to the exam hall. Also, there is no particular instruction as how big or small should be the photo on your Admit card. It should be a Passport size photograph. Make sure that you have atleast 2 copies of the same photo because you will have to take a similar photo to the exam hall. Also please take any original Identity proof like Aadhar card, Voter's Id and PAN Card.
