Hi Vinny, you can paste your photo , whenever you want. You can paste it at home also and at centre also. But i will suggest you to do this task at home. It will help you to reduce efforts on the exam day.

There are no any particular instructions about the fixing of the photograph on NEET admit card. But I would suggest you to carry the photograph with yourself and stick it on the examination center only also do not forget to write your name and date at the back side of the photograph. The photo should be same as the one used for NEET application and should have white background.
