Your caste certificate should be ready before NEET and it is permanent . But for domicile certificate every state has different procedures and rules . Normally during counseling state medical councils release form of domicile certificates and you have to download it and have to make it signed by mentioned gazetted officers with proper proof of your domicile . Generally domicile certificates are valid for one year .
