As your query is you want to appear for the CSAB special round of counselling.  I would like to tell you that you need to pay the fee to appear in the special round of counselling before the seat is alloted to you via special round of counselling .

I would like to tell you that there is no case of fee to return that you might have submitted before the counselling process to start , or eventually if they would ,  in that case you'll have to pay them at least the counselling procedure charge and that is must.
