For AIIMS-UG entrance examination, the application forms will be out by February 2018.
For JIPMER-UG entrance examination, the application forms will be out by 7th of March 2018.
Hi i am not sure what form you mean but as many have answered for neet, i will answer for AIIMS.
All India Institute of Medical sciences will be conducting their exam on MAY 27TH 2018 and online registration starts from february 2018. it is a single gate way for admission across all AIIMS in country. the pattern will be as follows
PHYSICS-60 QUESTIONS
CHEMISTRY-60 QUESTIONS
BIOLOGY -60 QUESTIONS
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND CURRENT AFFAIRS-20 QUESTIONS
Please do note that there would be negative marks and also make sure that you prepare well for Assertion and reasoning type of questions. hope this helps. good luck
The forms I usually out on the website by the second or third week of February and you should be feeling them within the 2nd to 3rd week of March after which they are put up in an online portal over a window of one week where you can make corrections if require.
Online availability of admit cards is usually by the end of April and the examination in the first week of May usually around the 5th of May and results are declared within a month and half by mid June

Lower Age Limit: Candidates should complete 17 years at the time of admission or will completed on or before 31st December 2018
Upper limit : no
Unreserved Category (UR)Born before 1st January 2002
SC/ST/OBC CategoryBorn before 1st January 2002
Qualification Criteria
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have passed the higher/senior secondary examination or ISCE which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study.
Subjects: Candidates must pass the above qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology & Mathematics or any other elective subjects with English.
Minimum Marks: Candidates must secure minimum 50% marks (GEN), 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC), 45% marks (GEN PH) & 40% marks (SC/ST/OBC-PH) taken together in PCB subjects.
Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are in the 12th standard can also apply. They must have to show the passing certificates complying with the percentage criteria at the time of first round of counselling.
Candidates must be the citizen of India.
NRIs (Non-Resident Indians), OCIs (Overseas Citizen of India), PIOs (Persons of Indian Origin) & Foreign Nationals can also apply.
