See now AIPVT has been scrapped and admission to AIQ seats in B.V.Sc. & AH courses is done on the basis of NEET UG score by the Veterinary Council of India.

If you are seeking admission in veterinary colleges through AIQ counselling then you should have NEET UG score because now admission to All India Veterinary seats are done on the basis of merit in NEET UG which is conducted by National Testing Agency. This AIQ counselling is conducted by Veterinary Council of India.

The AIPVT is scrapped and the admissions are based on the NEET UG counselling. The admissions to B.V.Sc and AH courses are done through NEET UG score. The Veterinary Council of India had in a public notice dated February 20 2017 this year said that it will be using the merit list of NEET for allocation of seats to the recognized Veterinary Colleges for admission to BVSc and AH course under 15% All India Quota. All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT) is previously an Entrance Test for admission into the Bachelor of Veterinary Course for 15% seats in all over India. Now the admissions are based on NEET
