Till now, the csab special round 2020 business rules had not been released.
But as the schedule of csab as well as instructions for candidates for csab special round counseling is released then we can expect that the 2020 buisness rules will be released soon in next week.
But it is sure that the business rules will be released before the registration of csab special round.
