Hello Mr. Hari,

Greetings!

The state rank list of Andhra Pradesh and

Telangana is scheduled to be released soon after the announcement of

NEET 2019 results. The results are expected to be disclosed on 5th

June 2019, hence, the state rank-wise list can only be released in

June.

If a candidate wants his/her name to appear in

the state merit list, then he/she should register and submit their

application form for state-level NEET admissions within the specified

dates. After the submission, a provisional NEET state wise rank/merit list of

all the candidates found eligible among the applied candidates will be

released.

The candidates whose names appear in the

provisional state-wise rank list of NEET 2019 will be required to appear for

a document verification process. This document verification process

is usually conducted in an offline mode at a venue that is specified by the

concerned state counselling authority.

Once the document verification of all candidates

who reported within the given timeline is complete, a finalized NEET

2019 state wise rank list will be published by the concerned

authorities. This list will form the foundation, on the basis of which,

the counselling for state quota seats, specifically in the Government

medical and dental colleges and for all seats in the state’s private medical

and dental colleges will be conducted.

According to the eligibility criterion, to

appear in the state wise merit list, the candidate needs to secure

minimum qualifying percentage in NEET 2019. The qualifying percentile,

according to the categories, for NEET 2019 is:

  • Category (Qualifying Percentile)
  • Unreserved (50th percentile)
  • Unreserved Physically Handicapped (45th
  • percentile)
  • Scheduled Caste (40th percentile)
  • SC PH (40th
  • percentile)
  • Scheduled Tribe (40th percentile)
  • ST PH (40th
  • percentile)
  • Other Backward Classes (40th percentile)
  • OBC PH (40th percentile)

Hope you find this information useful.
