When there is no state quota in AIIMS MBBS, why are they asking for domicile state in registration? Does it have any effect on admission?

No there is no effect on admission due to your domicile states. Its just for the sake of the identity of the candidate that where does he reside. For details about the admission and reservations you can check the prospectus of previous year since for 2019 the prospectus is yet to be releases.
