As you know the corona virus is all over the world so the reopening of all the colleges are not finalised. As you have not mentioned the place. The private and medical colleges are open now in most parts of India. In Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has allowed the reopening of all Delhi schools, colleges and other educational institutions from November 1 with COVID-19 protocols, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia announced on Wednesday.
