TMISAT is conducted in different cities at different times. So it's important to check their online website. You need to fill in the application form, make the payment and take a print of the application form and send it to TMI. While sending the application form, you need to send certain documents like A copy of the application form and the summary generated, payment receipts: if made online, transaction details and if made through DD, the DD receipt. Self-attested copy of your 10th and 12th marks sheets. If you don't have your 12th marks sheet yet, a bonafide certificate from the head of your school from where you are studying, self-attested copy of your birth certificate, downloaded copy of your 12th marks list attested by the head of your school. You need to qualify for IMCET for admission.
