Dont worry, applications are still going on for srmjee and viteee both.
The dates of the exams are
Srmjee - April 15 to 25 , 2019
Viteee - 10th - 21st April, 2019
You can expect communication from the respective colleges via email at the beginning of april 2019, for downloading hall ticket.
