Greetings bhavana!
Result for APICET 2020 hasn't been declared yet. Once it is out it will be available on Andhra Pradesh councel of higher education website. AP ICET was held on 10 th and 11th September in online mode.
When the result is declared those candidates having any doubt or queries can apply for re-evaluation as well. They will have to submit an application costing Rs. 1000 if they want to. To know more about APICET refer this link here :- https://bschool.careers360.com/articles/ap-icet-result
