Hey Akash,
So it depends on different Colleges and different universities. Everyone has a different academic session timetable. For instance RVCE will have different start from Presidency. So better contact your college admission cell. They will guide you a right and exact date. mostly new session starts after 15 August and later due to Counsellings going on.
