When we apply for revaluation in ts inter exams,then if we get less marks than which we got before,then will they consider the better marks?

No they won't consider the better out of the two marks, and that is the biggest gamble if you want to get your copies re evaluated.
So I would say that if you are hundred percent sure that your marks are going to increase then only give the application for re evaluation.
