NTSE released their form in month of october from last few years so it is probably they invite application form for 2022 2023  in october 2022.

Also,the exam dates are expected in december and january 2023 for the session 2022-2023.

NTSE registration forms 2021-22 are available both online and offline from state-level exam organisers.
