Hope you are doing well in your life. So as you must be knowing to get the call letter for upsc you must be having qualified the upsc preliminary test and also mains exam.

After qualifying the mains exam you can check you name in the merit list that you qualified mains exam or not and if you have qualified then you will be getting you name on the website.

If you're qualified for the UPSC interview, they'll call you in an order that cannot be predicted now. It varies. Earlier it was based on roll number. Another year it was according to caste category with open and backward first. Another year it was based on home address. Before that it was different. I think they keep changing. So you can say there is no fixed criteria.
