Dear Piyush, Chhattisgarh MBBS 2019 application form has opened on June 21, in online mode; last date to submit completed application forms is 12 noon, June 28 (extended from June 27). After registration, candidates will be required to create a login ID and password. The result will be declared in the last week of June i.e. this week only. The document verification process will also take place by the end of June. The process for admission will be going to take place during the first week of July which is exactly the reporting at the alloted college for the complete procedure.

Following are the list of documents which must be carried for verification purpose-
Class 10 mark sheet
Class 12 mark sheet
NEET UG score card 2019
NEET admit card 2019
Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority
Caste certificate, if applicable
Income certificate required for OBC aspirants only
Coming to your second question. Document verification will done in offline mode. You have to visit the mentioned college(this will be provided in the merit list) for document verification.
