Dear Piyush, Chhattisgarh MBBS 2019 application form has opened on June 21, in online mode; last date to submit completed application forms is 12 noon, June 28 (extended from June 27). After registration, candidates will be required to create a login ID and password. The result will be declared in the last week of June i.e. this week only. The document verification process will also take place by the end of June. The process for admission will be going to take place during the first week of July which is exactly the reporting at the alloted college for the complete procedure.
