The proposal of bds to mbbs bridge course was put forward by DCI, and  NITI Aayog,MCI has agreed to this proposal but it seems the proposal is still in developing phases in terms of review and examination, as far as implementation goes the details for the same isn't shared till now by the officials, stay updated by visiting the official website of health ministry to stay updated regarding this.
