Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2019 has announced that registrations for counselling will start from the third week of June onwards and will continue till the third week of July.

JoSSA - Joint Seat Allocation Authority set up by Ministry of Human Resources Development provides the results of college alloted based on the ranks.  Hence the students qualified in JEE mains and Advanced can register as the counsellings starts tentatively in the second week of JUNE.

As far as I know, the exact dates of JOSAA counselling has not been decided yet. But it is predicted that the counselling will start from June starting and till the end of June, the result of first round will be out. You should take care of the dates or ask here on Careers360. It will probably start from the June beginning.
