When will be keam 4th allotment?My keam rank is 4066.will I get RIT Kottayam for cse in 4th allotment.I belong to ez category.

No partcular dates have been provided for the 4th round (spot round) allotment.
In 2018, the closing rank for CSE in RIT, Kottayam was 5592 for EZ category. Going by this I can say that you do have a fair chance of getting a seat if and only if vacant seats are available. Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.
