The SAT test is held seven times a year in the US and six times internationally. It is held in the months of October, November, December, January, March, May and June. The Eligibility criteria for SAT 2017 include-

1) Candidates can take the SAT test if they are applying to an undergraduate programme at a university.

2) If candidates are applying for financial aid and the university requires it as an application process.

3) Students can take the SAT irrespective of your age, generally it is taken by students who are 17 or 18 years of age.
