I hope you are doing fine and as you ask about the second round of AIIMS so dear student it is quite unclear to understand if you are talking about the second round of AIIMS counselling now you are talking about rather asking about when the AIIMS PG entrance test takes place. So if you are asking about when does aiims of entrance takes place so one takes place in April and another takes place in November in same year. I hope this was helpful
