As per the given schedule, there's no decided date on which the second round of counseling for KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) will take place. But there's an estimated time period, Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) have declared for the second round of counseling and that is the Fourth week of July.

Hope you are doing well. There is no official announcement regarding the dates of second of K-CET counselling. Usually it takes place during 2nd or 3rd week of July. But if depends on KEA. They may release it early or late. You need to stay tuned at KEA website for any such announcements. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
