Hi! Hope you are doing great! Well, The entrance exam of MSC in Chemistry depends upon college to college , some colleges have exams in May, April and some maybe in Feb! As it depends on different colleges Can you please mention as in which colleges you are looking for so that i can help you with the exam date details!

The entrance exam is based on your Bachelor knowledge and the questions will come from Chemistry paper only. So if you are appearing in any Msc Chemistry entrance you must go and check the sample papers of that university for the same. It will help you.
