When will be the first cut off for ip University BTech? Choice filling will be before cut-off or after?

Hello the first cutoff will be released in this month on the website of GGSIPU keep checking their website i.e https://www.ipu.ac.in and choice filling would be done before the cutoff is released.
You can always edit your choices after each round of counselling is over.
