Hey,
According to the guidelines of UGC, colleges are expected to reopen from end of July or first week of August depending upon the situation. Since, the lockdown is easing up, the colleges are expected to reopen in July or August without any delay. However, every college will be releasing their new academic calendar as per their convenience.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Hello.
According to the guidelines of MHRD, colleges will reopen after the lockdown situation, but there are possibilities that colleges will reopen in July but again it depends upon the condition of this global crisis so till then you can wait and can prepare for  your future exams.
Best of luck.
