Hello,

The central government is planning to reopen schools and colleges in a staggered manner between September 1 and November 14. The fresh guidelines are expected to be out on August 31, the decision on reopening will be left to states. The reopening of colleges will be on the state government after 31st so if the particular state has high number of cases and if the state government decides not to open the colleges it will be remained shut. Mostly on 31st August we will know whether the colleges are going to re open or not.
