See few days ago Maharashtra government did announce that only schools will be allowed to re-open from November 23rd with full precautionary measures and only for classes 9th-12th but for colleges there is no any announcement made till now and if we discuss about the latest UGC Guidelines then it clearly states that from November 1st new session should be started for first year students either in online made or offline mode whichever will be most convenient as per the situation. There is no any news regarding reopening of colleges in Maharashtra. As of now online classes system has been adopted by almost all institutions.
