When will counselling and CAP will start? Which site will have to be accessed for registration for admission?

Dear the allotment was started from 10th July,2019. Reporting to the Allotted Institute and Confirmation of Admission by submitting required documents and payment of fee after CAP Round I is from 12th July to 15 th July.
