NEET 2021 scorecard
NEET Admit Card 2021
Class 12th and 10th pass certificate
Class 12th Marksheet
J&K MBBS 2021 Application Form
Date of Birth Certificate (10 pass certificate can be used)
Valid ID Proof
Domicile Certificate
Permanent Residence Certificate
Poor & Backward Certificate, if applicable
Children of Defence Personnel Certificate, if applicable
Certificate for Children of Permanent Residents of Paramilitary Forces and State Police Personnel serving in Jammu and Kashmir, (JKPM), if applicable
Candidates possessing outstanding proficiency in Sports (SP) issued by Secretary, J&K Sports Council must submit a Sports category certificate.
