See there is no fixed date that they announce for returning money of the candidates who have withdrawn from the procedure. Nor is it possible to give a date on which money of all the students is returned as it is a bank procedure and usually takes time in processing. You will most probably get the refund after 1 or 1.5 months after the counselling procedure is completed.
