You have not mentioned the name of the college about which you want to know.Assuming you are asking for general expected dates then i would like to inform you that there is no specific date and it's hard to predict any due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Usually the session for all diploma courses start from the month of July or August.
But this year as we all know Covid-19 had created a a lot of issues and most if the university and campuses are closed and their session has not been started yet.Now, we only expect the session to begin after any vaccine arrives or if the covid-19 cases stop popping up.Till them stay safe.
