When will DU announce the first allotment list of JAT?

First allotment list was scheduled to be declared by yesterday, 21st July and by today, the online admission process and fee payment is to be started, but it hasn't happened yet.
Perhaps, by today the list may come out, till then you can only visit the official site for further confirmation and clarification-
