The 8th cut off was supposed to release today only. But has not released yet. So we can assume it will be released tomorrow or later in this week. The officials are trying to evaluate the seats which are left vacant in the respective colleges, therefore all this process consuming time. This is the reason for delay.

This upcoming 8th cut off will be most probably of Reserved Categories (ST/SC/OBC). Because all the General Categories seats were filled till 7th Cut Off in most of the colleges.

But after evaluation there might be the possibility that few more seats would be found vacant in very few colleges. But its hard to find any.
