If you want to know about a particular college please mention the college name. But no matter what the college is it will defintely start in the July ending or in the start of August. Well, it depends on College or University.

Usually engineering colleges starts from July-August.

July to December will be the 1st semester if you are 1st year student and Jan -May will be the 2nd semester.

Almost every engineering college will start from August 1st week. Those who have got seats in round 1 and round 2 of counselling their college will start from 1 st week of August. Those who get seats in last round their college will start from 2 nd week of August.
