When will engineering colleges start in Telangana

After the 3 lists get over, then only the engineering colleges commence. So it will start around in the first week of August and still there will be vacancies in some colleges so more lists will take plane along with the spot round and even after your college has started there will be new comers upgraded to your college or even you can get upgraded to a better college as well.
