When will nift second round counselling starts and should we pay for second round counselling?

Hello aspirant , NIFT Counseling (2nd round ) 2019 will started from 4th week of July'19. The whole procedure for round 2 of counselling will be same as in the first round. However, the candidates have to register by making an online payment of Rs.5,000.
