No, The online practice test is not for NEET 2019 students. As you must be knowing that NEET 2019 will be conducted in offline mode.
The inline practice is only for those students who will have exams in computer-based mode.
Currently, the online practice tests are available for JEE Main and UGC net only.
If you want to practice for NEET then you should have a look at NEET 2018 question paper in order to get an idea of the type and difficulty level of questions asked.
You should also have a look at NEET sample papers and previous year paper in order to have a better preparation for NEET 2019.
