we have seen a trend since last few years that NEET results are usually announced after 30 to 45 days of NEET exam, Since this year NEET 2021 was conducted on 12 September 2021, you can expect the results in the last week of October or the starting of November.

NTA will release the NEET 2020 results tentatively in the last week of September. NTA will first release the provisional and official answer keys in a week's time.
