when will school re-open and if opened then the students will meet each other and one of them is positive then there is chance of other's of being positive then covid case will be increased in large numbers

I don't know what you said dear. Because your question is not fully clear. Look school opening is totally depand on the pandemic situation and government. So we are not predict anything. You should check daily news that when school will reopening.
And ofcourse the fear of covid spreading is the one of reason to close all schools.
