In Unlock 4, Schools will reopen from 21st September onwards for classes 9, 10, 11 and 12 standard. The health ministry has issued guidelines for this. The students can come to the school on a voluntary basis. Although the schools that are out of containment zones are allowed to reopen. The schools in containment zones are not given permission to reopen. There will be various precautionary measures that the schools will have to take before reopening.

on september,08 Subramanian swamy posted on his twitter page that the schools and colleges will re open from january 2021.

that's the latest information we are getting from the government officials  and it really seems that the schools and colleges have to chance to open before january 2021.

As per the latest guidelines issued by Ministry of Education on September 8th the schools will reopen from September 21st and schools will be resumed only for classes 9th-12th and with this all safety measures are to be ensured. Note that the online classes and physical classes will conduct in parallel so that those students who are unable to attend the classes in physical mode they can do it in online mode. Schools of containment zone are not allowed to open and students belonging to containment zone cannot visit school a d attend physical classes.
