Hello,
If this question is in reference to Tamil Nadu NTSE Stage 1 Results, then most probably will get declared in the month of January/February only. NTSE Karnataka, Uttarakhand, Haryana results have already been declared.
The result will be provided in the form of PDF format mentioning the roll numbers and marks of selected candidates.

see you did not mention which exam results of first stage you are asking about. however if you are asking about ntse stage 1 exam, some of the state result has already declared, so stay tuned, you may follow the below link to know in details,
